We want every bride, groom, and festive patron to feel truly majestic in their GC Ethnic creations. If you need a size exchange or notice any manufacturing anomaly, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
- Item must be reported within 7 calendar days of package delivery.
- Garments must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original brand tags intact.
- Must be returned in the original branded packaging with invoice slip.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-stitched garments (e.g. customized blouse necklines or tailored lehenga waists modified upon personal request) cannot be accepted for return, though minor fitting alterations may be accommodated.
3. How to Request an Exchange
Reach out to our customer care team via WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 or email contact@gcwear.com with your Order Number (e.g. GC-2026-1001) and photographs of the garment.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our Surat warehouse, refunds are initiated back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
